20+ years leading technical delivery. Now running agentic AI systems.

Led technical support, delivery, and account management for Symantec, Broadcom, and Playtech. Now I design and operate multi-agent AI systems that carry real client work, most recently a 12-agent pipeline running live GEO and AI-visibility delivery.

12-agent delivery pipeline

The org structure behind an agentic pipeline for GEO and AI-visibility client work. An Account Manager and Project Manager gate every engagement. A Skill Release Manager canary-tests agent changes before they touch a live client. An Orchestrator sequences seven technical agents: Technical Health, Metadata & SEO, GEO Visibility, Analytics, Content, Reporting, and Backlink Authority, each reading a shared task queue and writing to a changelog. Two dashboards track it: an internal progress view and a client-facing performance view built on GSC and GA4 data.

Built and operated for a live client engagement. Designed to generalize to others.

Self-hosted agents and LLM routing

Runs Hermes Agent locally with persistent memory and sub-agents, wired through an OmniRoute gateway for provider routing and failover across coding, reasoning, and fast-response model tiers.

Claude Code as the workhorse

Runs audits, ships automations, and produces client deliverables at a pace a traditional delivery team can't match: the same ITIL and Agile rigor from 20 years of technical delivery, now pointed at AI-native workflows.

GEO and AI-visibility for live client sites

Currently runs website and SEO/GEO programs for several companies across Estonian, Swedish, Norwegian, and German markets. The proving ground where this agent pipeline gets used, not just designed.

Agentic AI and GEO delivery capacity

I plug into consulting engagements that need someone who can design an agent-based delivery pipeline and run it against a real client site: GEO and AI-visibility audits, technical SEO, agent orchestration, and the account management to keep it all accountable.

Talent sourcing and team-building

20+ years building technical and support teams from scratch, including growing one engineering team from 0 to 12, plus current hands-on fluency in agentic AI tooling. If you're building a GEO or agent-engineering function, I can help scope the role and source the right people.

STEP 01

Discovery and audit

Review the current site, SEO/GEO baseline, stakeholders, and tooling access before proposing anything.

STEP 02

Scope and sign-off

Account Manager and Project Manager define engagement scope, success criteria, and safety gates before any agent touches production.

STEP 03

Pipeline configuration

The Orchestrator and seven technical agents are configured against the client's task queue, CMS, and analytics sources (GSC / GA4).

STEP 04

Canary rollout

Skill Release Manager tests agent changes against a limited scope before they reach the live site.

STEP 05

Live operation and reporting

Dashboards go live: an internal progress view and a client-facing performance view, on a regular reporting cadence.

STEP 06

Review and scale

After an initial period, review outcomes together and decide whether to extend, deepen, or hand off the pipeline.
